Our free delivery will be with you within 3-5 working days after dispatch.  Please note that our handmade items need time to make, dry and package. And, as soon as your order is dispatched, all the information you need will be sent in your dispatch email.

Standard Delivery - £4.50
Orders sent using our standard delivery shall generally be with you within 3-5 working days.

International Delivery - £25.00
Orders are sent using standard delivery to EU countries and take around 7-12 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends).  However, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the delivery time stated above.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. If you need your order urgently for an upcoming party, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes — our kits are carefully packed and ready to use. Please see the individual product description for full details of what’s included.

What ages are your products suitable for?

Our craft kits and party favours are generally suitable for children aged 4–9 years unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Do you offer personalised items?

Yes — many of our products can be personalised. Please add your custom details when ordering or contact us if you have a special request.

Are your products handmade?

Yes — our products are carefully handmade and packed with attention to detail to help make your celebrations extra special.

Are your products suitable for classrooms or larger parties?

Absolutely! Many of our products are perfect for classrooms, party groups and school events. Larger quantities are available by contacting us directly.
