Returns

We want you to be happy with your order.  You may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.  To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, new, in resellable condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will respond within 1–2 working days to resolve the issue.
