Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. In line with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an item.

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.  To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in resellable condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.

If you are returning an unwanted item, return postage costs are your responsibility. Please send items to Crafty Returns, Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm if it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Returning a faulty item

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will respond within 1–2 working days to resolve the issue.
