2. How a contract is formed

- You receive an order acknowledgement email (this is not acceptance).
- Payment may be taken at checkout.
- A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

3.3 Refunds will be issued where applicable. Delivery charges are only refunded where the entire order is cancelled.

5. Discount codes

7.3 If delivery fails, couriers may leave a card or safe place option.
7.4 Risk passes to you upon delivery.

10.1 You may return eligible items within 28 days in unused, new, and in resellable condition in the original packaging
10.2 Personalised, perishable, or certain items (e.g. inflated balloons, helium canisters, wigs, hosiery) are non-returnable unless faulty.
10.3 Returns are at your cost unless the item is faulty.
10.4 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned items.
11. Cancellations
11.1 You may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods.
11.2 Items must be returned unused and in original packaging at your cost.
11.3 Refunds include standard delivery costs (not upgraded delivery).
11.4 Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
12. Consumer rights
We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
